Covenant. Roche Court (Hampshire). 1657, Jan. 29. Indenture made between (1) Simon Benet of Beach-Hampton, Buckinghamshire, esq., and (2) Oliver Brocas of North Farham alias Roch Court, Hampshire, and Richard Brocas of St. Paul's Covent Garden, Middlesex, gent., reciting the recognizance made by (2) to (1), being the covenant to perform the conditions and agreements made in an indenture quadripartite made on 27 January 1657 between (1) Oliver Brocas and Richard Brocas; (2) Charles Fox, citizen and Leatherseller of London, and Thomas Evans, citizen and Vintner of London; (3) Simon Benet, and (4) Thomas Russell of St. Martin, Ludgate, London, gent., being a mortage by (1) to (3) of the manor of North Farham alias Roch Court, with the manor house called Roch Court and lands in North Farham, Hampshire (signed by Oliver Brocas and Richard Brocas).
