Release. Sherborne St John (Hampshire), Bramley (Hampshire), Pamber (Hampshire), Tadley (Hampshire), Basing (Hampshire). 4 William and Mary. Sept. 1, 1692. Indenture made between (1) Dame Jane Gardiner of St. Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, widdow, (2) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, baronet, son and heir of Dame Jane, and (3) Bernard Gardiner, Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford, gent., being a release from (1) to (2) of lands in Sherborne St John alias East Sherbourne and West Sherbourne, Bramley, Pamber, Tadley Mortimer and Basing, Hampshire, from which (2) will pay (3) an annuity during the life of (1) (signed and sealed by Jane Gardiner, ?Sir Brocas Gardiner and Bernard Gardiner).
