Assignment of term of years. Beaurepaire (Hampshire), Bullesdens (Hampshire). 14 Chas. II. Sept. 20, 1662. Indenture made between (1) Richard Brocas of St. Andrew Holborn, Middlesex, gent., and Adyell Baynard of Basingstoke, Hampshire, Doctor of Divinity, and (2) Pexall Brocas of Titchfield, Hampshire, gent., being an assignment by Baynard, with the consent of Richard Brocas, to (2) of a term of years in the manor and mansion house of Beaurepaire, and Bullsden cum Bentworth, Hampshire, with a condition of further assignment by Pexall Brocas (made in an indenture dated 21 September 1662) (signed and sealed by Richard Brocas and Adiel Baynard) .
