Indenture made between (1) Richard Brocas of London, gent., and (2) Adyell Baynard of Basingstoke, Hampshire, Doctor of Divinity, being an assignment of lease for 500 years of the manor of Beaurepaire alias Barraper and Bullsdens cum Bentworth and lands in Sherborne St John and Bramley, Hampshire (signed and sealed by Richard Brocas).
