Indenture made between (1) Robert Stares of Curdridge in the parish of Bishops Waltham, Hampshire, yeoman; (2) Richard Callaway of Fareham, Hampshire, Innholder, and (3) John Cawte of Titchfield, Hampshire, gent., reciting the mortgage by (2) to (1) dated 28 April 1729, being an assignment of that mortgage by (1) to (3) concerning to the Red Lion Inn, Fareham, Hampshire, and lands there [details given] (endorsed: 'Mr Stares to Mr Cawte } Assignment of Mr Callaway's mortgage for £200 & Interest at the rate of 5 per cent.
