Lease. Roche Court (Hampshire). 1 Geo. I. Sep. 30, 1714 and 11 Geo. I. Aug. 18, 1724. Indenture made between (1) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, baronet, and (2) Thomas Gover of North Fareham, Hampshire, yeoman, being a lease for 11 years by (1) to (2) of freehold lands in the manor of Roche Court, Hampshire [details given], and for 1 year of copyhold premises in the manor (endorsed: Gover 30 Sept 1714. 11/1724. 18 Augt 1725 7 years/1732). A further lease of the property to Gover dated 11 August 11 Geo. I, 1724 and signed and sealed by him is attached.
