Assignment of terms of years . Roche Court (Hampshire). 10 William III. Jun. 20, 1699. Indenture made between (1) Hugh Chamberlen of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, doctor in Physick, Thomas Bromfeild of the Inner Temple, London, gent., and Christopher Davenport of New Inne, Middlesex, gent., and (2) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, baronet, and Robert Southam of London, gent., reciting several deeds including a bargain and sale for 85 years dated 25 October 1678 to Thomas Singleton of a messuage in North Fareham, and lands [details given], parcel of the manor of Roche Court, Hampshire, being an assignment of terms by Christopher Davenport by direction of the other parties in (1) and at the nomination of Sir Brocas Gardiner, to Robert Southam of the property (dated 20 June 1698 in the tenth regnal year of William III, which is perhaps in error for the eleventh year, 1699).
