Agreement. Roche Court (Hampshire). 5 William and Mary. Jul. 21, 1693. Indenture made between (1) Thomas Bromfeild of the Inner Temple, London, gent.,and Christopher Davenport of New Inn, Middlesex, esq., and (2) Hugh Chamberlen of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, esq.,reciting a deed of 16 December 1684, which itself recited a deed of 25 October 1678, concerning a messuage in North Faraham [Fareham], Hampshire, with lands [details given], parcel of the manor of Roch Court, with other deeds also recited, being an agreement for an assignment in trust by (1) to (2) of the property.
