Articles of agreement between Thomas Legh of Ridge, Cheshire, esq., and Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roach Court, Hampshire, baronet, reciting a deed of [27] January 1657, being a mortgage for 2000 years of lands in North Fareham, Hampshire, parcel of the manor of Roche Court, to Simon Bennett, with the residue of the term assigned to Francis Gregg deceased, the legal title now descended to Thomas Legh, the property now to be assigned to Sir Brocas Gardiner.
