II, 1678, made by Chamberlen as executor of Elizabeth Walden to Thomas Singleton of a messuage in North Faraham, Hampshire, and lands [details given], parcel of the manor of Roch Court, being an assignment of the residue of a term of 99 in the same property by (1) and (2) to (3) and (4).
