Indenture made between (1) Hugh Chamberlen of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, esq., executor of the last will and testament of Elizabeth Walden late of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, widow, deceased, and (2) Thomas Singleton of Islington, Middlesex, gent., being a lease of a messuage in North Faraham [North Fareham], and lands [details given] being parcel of the manor of North Faraham alias Roch Court, Hampshire.
