Indenture quadripartite (copy dated 13 July 1716) made between (1) Simon Bennett of Beachampton, Buckinghamshire, esq., (2) Thomas Russell of the Inner Temple, London, gent., (3) Samuel Lutton, of London, gent., and (4) Francis Gregg of Clements Inn, Middlesex, gent.,being an assignment by (1) to (3) of the term of years relating to the conveyance of the manor of North Farham alias Roch Court, Hampshire, with the manor house called Roch Court and lands in North Farham; with a copy of a schedule of attornments (the original apparently signed and sealed by Simon Bennett and Thomas Russell )(endorsed: Assignment from Simon Bennet esq. to Mr Samuel Lutton of the term of 2000 years; Attested Copy).
