Indenture quadripartite made between (1) Oliver Brocas of North Farham alias Roch Court, Hampshire, gent., and Richard Brocas of St. Paul's Covent Garden, Middlesex, gent., (2) Charles Fox, citizen and Leatherseller of London, and Thomas Evans, citizen and Vintner of London; (3) Simon Benet of Beach Hampton, Buckinghamshire, esq., and (4) Thomas Russell of St. Martin Ludgate, London, gent., being a mortgage by (1) to (3) of the manor of North Farham alias Roch Court, Hampshire, and the manor house called Roch Court and lands in North Farham, together with a schedule of leases (signed and sealed by Oliver Brocas; Richard Brocas; unknown, perhaps Charles Fox or Simon Benet; and Thomas Evans) (endorsed: The Mortgage from Mr Oliver Brocas & Mr Richard Brocas for £1534; with a note of dates of payment over three years and amounts payable).
