Indenture made between (1) Elizabeth Walden, parish of St Martins in the Fields, Middlesex, widdow, one of the daughters of Thomas Brocas late of Beaureper, Hampshire, esq., deceased, and (2) Francis Gregge of Clements Inn, Middlesex, gent., being a covenant relating to a messuage in North Fareham alias Roch Court, Hampshire, parcel of the manor of Roch Court, with common of pasture on South Fareham common, with lands and woods in North Fareham, South Fareham and Roch Court (signed and sealed by Eliza Walden).
