Grant made by Dame Johanna Pecche, widow of Sir Bartholomew Pecche, to Elizabeth, her daughter (reciting a grant made to her by Sir John Pecche, her son) of 100s rent in Elsefield and Bromleghe, sealed by Dame Johanna (see MS. D. D. Brocas 150 for a ?contemporary copy).
