Dec. 13, 1660. Indenture made between (1) John Thorner of Beaureper, Hampshire, and Jane his wife, formerly wife of Robert Brocas late of Bewreper, esq., deceased, and Bernard Brocas of Bewreper, son and heir of Robert by Jane and (2) Edward Evelyn of Long Ditton, Surrey, esq., and Henry Slingsby of the Strand, Middlesex, esq., and (3) Robert Ley of London, gent., and Thomas Aram of parish of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, gent., being a covenant or agreement that the fine and recovery concerning lands in Bewreper alias Beawrepar, Bullesden, Bramley, Basing, Sherborne St John and Pamber, Hampshire, is confirmed (signed by Bernard Brocas).
