Appointment of attorney. Bromley (Dorset). 3 Hen. IV. July 4, 1402. Appointment by William Brocas of John Trelay as his attorney to deliver seisin of two-thirds of the manor of Bromley and reversion of the third part to William Frye, whose lease had been estopped by the forfeiture of Sir Bernard Brocas, and who had lost one-third of the manor, since it was now Dame Johanna's dower.
