Nine leaves from an old ledger book of the church of St. Mary, York (formerly in Hatton library), of which the last four, written by a second hand, are numbered by a 15th cent. hand, 55, 56, 59, 60, having several grants entered upon them, including: (g) Acharl [?] de Tunstall grants to the church and monks of St. Mary, York, in frankalmoigne, certain land in Boleton which is called 'Sartiny Waltheof' containing two acres and one perch.
