Sale relating to the grant of 30,000 sacks of wool, 1341. Yorkshire, North Riding () (county), Yorkshire, East Riding () (county), York (Yorkshire, East Riding). 18 July, 15 Ed. III (1341). . Indenture made between King Edward III of the one part, and William de Acastre, John Goldbeter, and William de Skelton of the other part, concerning the sale to them of 411 sacks and a half of the wool collected in the Northtrithyng and Estrithyng of Yorkshire, and in the city of York, in pursuance of a grant of 30,000 sacks given to the king by the Parliament held at Westminster the Quinzaine of Easter last past; at the price of 16 marks a sack. Dated at London (French).
