Grant from William, son of Thomas de Kingesford, to William de Bishop's Bridge [Ponte Episcopi] of Camped[en], and his heirs, one hide of land in the village of Shesnecote which is of the fee of William de Beauchamp, which Avice, mother of the donor, gave and granted to the said William de Bishop's Bridge, paying annually 20s.; in case he cannot warrant the said land he will give to him in exchange land in the village of Northwic to the value of the same; for this the grantee gives four marks.
