Fine made between the abbot and convent of Bruer', plaintiffs, and Juliana de Caudr', defendant, appearing by her husband, William de Mandevill, concerning 104 acres of land, a meadow, etc., in Cercell [Churchill, Oxfordshire], which the said Juliana gives in frankalmoigne, in exchange for a carucate which the abbot claimed of her in the same village, the abbot giving also ten marks.
