Grant from Sir John de Arderne, kt., to John, son of Walter Bek of Normanby and his heirs or assigns, except religious and the chief lords of the fee, his manor of Normanby near Ouneby, with all its appurtenances ; paying annually to him and his heirs 20 pounds of silver.
