Indenture, reciting the disputes between lord B⟨ergavenny⟩ and T⟨homas⟩ C⟨umberford⟩ and noting that the decree in Chancery had not been carried out, and witnessing that lord B. has now granted the manor of W⟨igginton⟩ to T. C. for £180, of which £120 has already been paid, and for £29 a year. T. C. then conveyed his right in the manor to others, as shown by a fien [see MM. 100]. 20 June ⟨1523.⟩
