Power of attorney from Henry Stevens of Doctors Commons, London, gent., and John Stevens of the same, gent., his son, to the Rev. Thomas Stevens of Bradfield and William Adams of Oxford to deliver up to Ch. Ch. at the Court Baron of Worton, (i) one messuage and one yard land and a half, (ii) another messuage and yard land, with the request that they may be granted again to the said Henry , John , and Thomas Stevens , for their lives. 12 March 1770.
