Indenture by which Richard, abbot of T⟨ewkesbury⟩ , leases to master Thomas With, vicar of the church of Thornbury , John Pichare of the same, and Thomas and William his sons, and John Payne lately of Morton in the parish of Thornbury , the site of the rectory and all tithes &c. for 40 years, if they live as long. Rent: £40/2/, and 2/-. If the rent is four weeks overdue they shall lose their rights. Given at T⟨ewkesbury⟩ , in the chapter-house. 16 June ⟨1482.⟩ Endorsed: as MS. D. D. Ch. Ch. M. 60.
