Walter, bishop of Worcester , assigns to the vicarage of Thornbury, which is worth 18 marks 10 shillings, the house once held by Zalibroun, as a vicarage house. The value to be made up to 25 marks in money or wax. The vicar is to pay for books, vestments, and other necessary ornaments, synodal fees to the Archdeacon, and 4 marks a year to the bishop, but is not to be responsible for the repair of the chancel. ⟨12 Aug. 1315.⟩ Endorsed with references to cases in chancery, A.D. 1750 and 1813.
