Ravenstone. Indenture by which Richard Gateman of R⟨avenestone⟩ grants to Hugh Ode of R⟨avenstone⟩ and Isabella his wife 6 strips and pasture at the head of each, lying in the great croft by the land of Nicholas le smyth in three places of the same croft, for 13 years from Michaelmas, 20 Ed. III. Half the fruits are to go to the grantors, who may resume possession if the land is left uncultivated. Witnesses: Robert Alewey , Henry de castro , Richard Spicer , John le Feroner (?), John Laurence . Given at R⟨avenstone⟩ . ⟨29 Sept. 1346.⟩
