(i) a messuage and croft in R⟨avenstone⟩ , (ii) all his land in the assart called Thongestocking, (iii) also 4d. rent from 1½ ac. held by William Caperun , 5d. from 1 ac. held by Matilda Thebaud , 1d. from Nicholas son of John for two strips, ¼d. from Robert the chamberlain for part of a messuage.
