Richard son of Anselm of Grimescote grants to St. L⟨eonard’s⟩ in free alms land in C⟨laydon⟩ which they formerly held from him at farm, i.e. (i) the land once held by Walter son of John in villeinage, (ii) a virgate which Ailwyn once held from the grantor in villeinage.
