William Badecok of W⟨allingford⟩ grants to John Cary of W⟨allingford⟩ and Joan his wife a tenement, which he had of the gift of Thomas son and heir of Thomas of Berewyk , in S. Mary the Greater, between the messuage of Agnes widow of John atte Dene on the south, and that of Robert Boty on the north, reaching the highway on the west above the messuage of the said R. B.
