John son of Thomas of Berewyk of W⟨allingford⟩ , junior, grants to John of Berewyk, his elder brother, two granges, a well, and a curtilage in the parish of Holy Trinity, between the principal tenement late of Thomas of B., on the east, in S. Mary the Greater , and the garden of Richard le Louches on the west, reaching Curteyslane [on the north], and the tenement late of Robert de Ossyndene and the tenement of Alice, widow of ... [on the south]. Witnesses: Richard Moryn, mayor, John Whytyng , Thomas Heruy , John le Gredere , Peter Restwolde , Robert of Toppesfelde, clerk. Given at W⟨allingford⟩ . ⟨21 July 1335.⟩
