Wallingford and Clapcote.. William Gurmund of W⟨allingford⟩ grants to the sacristan of W⟨allingford⟩ in free alms, to provide 3 lamps and 6 candles (each of three pounds) annually, and at least two candles and three lamps at every service, in honour of the blessed Virgin, 13/2 in quit-rents in W⟨allingford⟩ and C⟨lapcote⟩ . Wm. abbot of S. Alban’s , and Th. prior of W⟨allingford⟩ seal the charter with Wm. Gurmund.
