Master Christian of W⟨allingford⟩ , grants to W⟨allingford⟩ in free alms certain lands: (i) ... which Robert son of P...hel’ holds, for 6/6; (ii) ... mill for 4/-; (iii) the other land which Renur the clerk gave to him; (iv) also Walter and Osbert for 2/4; (v) after his death, all his books of the Divine Scriptures. For this they have granted him a daily provision of food and drink for himself [as long as ?] he shall remain a secular, and for his servant according to the provision made for a servant of the priory.
