Indentureby which Gregory, prior &c. of W⟨allingford⟩ , quit-claim to Sir John de Chausy, kt., son of Geoffrey de Chausy of Mapledurham , their right in one acre of meadow called Hawlvesacre and a rent of 10 estiches of eels or 2/- in M⟨apledurham⟩ , which had been in dispute, in return for 5/- annually. Witnesses: Sirs John de Dykeby, steward of the honour of W⟨allingford⟩ , Edmund de Wedone constable of W⟨allingford⟩ , Alan fitz-Rowald , Elias de Whytefelde , kts., Gilbert Pynsun of Molesham , John Fachel , Thomas Hykun . ⟨26 April 1289.⟩
