Aston Rowant (Oxon.). Roger son of Peter of Chalcford grants to W⟨allingford⟩ in free alms a croft called Chalfcroft in Chalcford, except a third part which Isowde, mother of William the marshal holds in dower. Rent 12d. For this the monks gave him 2½ marks.
