Welton. In a case heard before the bishop of Lincoln’s official in the church of All Saints, Northampton, between D⟨aventry⟩ (actor) by master Roger de Bendone their proctor, and John Mallory, lord of Weltone , Symon Tuwe of the same, Robert Ace , Richard le Heir , Robert de Dunstone , Richard Martin , Richard the marshal , Henry son of Wille (sic) of the same (accused) by William de Baddeby, clerk, their proctor, by reason of burials in the chapel of Welton. Previous hearing by bishop of Lincoln at Bostone Stayers. Case postponed to [4 July] in S. Margaret’s, Leicester. ⟨7 June⟩ 1291.
