Preston. A public instrument, drawn up by Robert Jordan, notary-public, at London, in the house of Robert de Reddeswelle opposite the Church of St. Stephen in Colman Street, being an agreement between D⟨aventry⟩ and Master William Bacheler, rector of Mersch, in settlement of a suit about tithes of the demesne in Little Preston commenced by the late Rector. 10 June 1319.
