On that day D⟨aventry⟩ produced 4 witnesses: brother Peter de Horpole , Henry de Kibbeworth, chaplain, Walter Selle of D⟨aventry⟩ , and Robert Coke of Preston . Accused produced none. Adjournment till Tuesday after the Sunday on which is sung ‘Misericordia domini’ [13 April], in St. Margaret’s, Leicester, and then to the court-day after 3 May, in All Saints.
