- (i) The official of the Court of Canterbury orders the dean of Gertr’ to cite Th. de W., in a cause with D⟨aventry⟩ , concerning all the tithes of the fee of Hugh Poer in L⟨ubenham⟩, to appear on the next court-day after 24 June, in St. Mary’s, Aldermarichurch, London. Given at Keselingbury.
- (ii) Royal writ to the official of Canterbury prohibiting the Courts Christian from hearing the case until an assize Utrum had determined whether a fourth part of the advowson belonged to the King or the monks. Given at Cowyk. [Yorks.]. 10 June ⟨1323.⟩
- (iii) Another royal writ. [Much torn.]
- (iv) Fragment of a mandate from the abbot of St. James’, Northampton.
