- (i) The archdeacon of Leicester to the abbot of St. James’, Northampton, acknowledging the receipt of a writ (dated 7 March, 1320), ordering him to cite Thomas de Wolwardington, rector of L⟨ubenahm⟩ , on the fifth court-day after the Sunday on which is sung ‘Jubilate’ [27 April.] to appear at St. Sepulchre’s, Northampton, to answer to D⟨aventry⟩ . Given at Leicester. 5 April 1320.
- (ii) The dean of Gertr’ [Gartree] to the same, acknowledging a similar writ (dated 6 Oct. 1322): day of appearance to be the third court-day after November 2. Given at Bidlisdone [Billesdon] 30 Oct. 1322.
- (iii) The same to the same acknowledging a similar writ (dated 5 Dec. 1322): day of appearance to be the next court-day after March 12. Given at Foxton, 26 Feb. 1323.
- (iv) The same to the same: citation for fourth court-day after November 30 (writ dated ‘5 Non. Nov.’ 1322). Given at Billesdon, 24 Nov. 1322.
- (v) The same to the same: citation for the court-day after the Sunday on which is sung ‘quasi modo geniti’ [3 April.] (writ dated 14 March 1323). Given at Billisdone, 22 March 1323.
- (vi) The same to the same: citation for the third court-day after May 22 (writ dated 6 April 1323). Given at B⟨illisdone⟩ . […] 1323.
