Drayton. John Adam of Drayton , with the consent of Alice his wife, grants in free alms to D⟨aventry⟩, for 14/-, half an acre of arable land, with a headrig of meadow, in the north field of Drayton, lying over Comppedemor at Longebreche between the land of Robert Gemme (which he holds from John fitz-Philip of D⟨aventry⟩ for life) and the land of the said John (which Richard Wyt holds in villainage). Witnesses: Robert le Werur of Drayton , Geoffrey the porter , Simon of Morkote , Simon de aula in D⟨aventry⟩ , John Scop of the same. ⟨c. 1310–1320.⟩
