Daventry, Drayton, Norton, and Staverton. Henry Perkyn of Southam and Matilda his wife have made John Hayewode of D⟨aventry⟩ their attorney to give Thomas Nassyngtone, clerk, Thomas Everdone of Snottescombe and John Yrmonger of D⟨aventry⟩ seisin in their messuage in D⟨aventry⟩ over Cornhulle between the messuage of Nicholas West and that of William Stavertone , with 4½ acres of arable land in D⟨aventry⟩ and Drayton; and to deliver seisin to the same of another messuage in D⟨aventry⟩ in le Swyneschepyng, which the grantors have for the life of Johanna late the wife of John Rede of N⟨orton⟩ .
