John Neel grants to D⟨aventry⟩ in free-alms 1½ acres of land in D⟨aventry⟩ , lying over Fischwerehul between the prior’s land and the Daventry-Norton road. In exchange they have given him a croft called Millewardis croft in D⟨aventry⟩ by the Walton road on the west. They also release to him their right in 5 strips at the head of D⟨aventry⟩ towards Drayton, by the high road to Leicester on the north.
