Daventry and Drayton, The Symond Holding. William son of Robert Gymme of Drayton grants to Matilda wife of Robert Symond of D⟨aventry⟩ and Matilda her daughter three half-acres of arable land in Drayton, viz. in the South field, ½ acre over Mereforlong by the land of John of M——, 1 rood over Olnesbrech by the land of the said Matilda. In the North field ½ acre over Ryelondesmor, ½ acre over Fichelesthorn; from Michaelmas 17 E. III. for 8 years. Also 5 roods of arable lying under Cleypitteshul by the land of Jordan Philip . Witnesses: Robert Wyllymet , William de aula , Jordan Scon , William Baudewyne , John de aula of D⟨aventry⟩ ⟨Mich. 1343.⟩
