Daventry and Drayton, The Symond Holding. Philip de Opthrop of D⟨aventry⟩ grants to Matilda his daughter 3 half-acres of land in D⟨aventry⟩ , viz. in the south field ½ acre above Waltforlong by the land of Hylewyse super montem; in the north field ½ acre at le Russebeddes by the land of Helewyse and ½ acre with headrigs, at Baneslade by the said H’s land. Given at D⟨aventry⟩ . Witnesses: Geoffrey Gamel , John Blaunfront of Drayton, Geoffrey de aula , Nicholas Celle , Thomas Nicholas , Thomas le Barkere , Robert Baudewyne of D⟨aventry⟩. ⟨13 April 1309.⟩
