Adam de Brochole, chaplain, John de pistrino of D⟨aventry⟩ and Richard Gunnyls of Staverton, chaplain, quit-claim to Robert Bateman of D⟨aventry⟩ and Matilda his wife, their right in a house with curtilage adjoining in D⟨aventry⟩ in le Netherende, between John le Wheelwrihte ’s land and that of the monks: 24 feet in breadth, and in length reaching from the high-road to the monks’ wall, which the said R. B. and M. had by the gift of John le Weelwrihte . Witnesses: Robert Simond , William de aula , Thomas Baudewyne , Symon de Neubolde , William de Staverton of D⟨aventry⟩ . ⟨13 April 1340.⟩
