Indenture by which the prior, Nicolas , and the convent of D⟨aventry⟩ grant to Simon of Bredon for his homage and service half the messuage which John the dean once held from them with half the adjacent croft, in fee simple. Rent: 6/-. The strip adjacent to the said toft (sic) is not to be sold or separated from it.
