Richard son of Hubert of Middleton , with the consent of Beatrice his wife, the daughter of Richard of Foxton , grants to D⟨aventry⟩ all the the churches, lands and possessions which the said Richard of Foxton gave to them. To hold in free alms as R. of F. gave them. They are to be free of suit to his court and he is to acquit them of the forinsec service. Witnesses: William of D⟨aventry⟩ , kt., Nicholas of Noh ’, Robert son of Philip of Lubeho , Roger Gulafre , Nigel of D⟨aventry⟩ , Richard of Foxton , William Mauchouenant . ⟨c. 1240.⟩
