Hungerford Henry le Hert of Dyvysis and Joan his wife have received from John Gerberd £10 sterling in part payment of £20 which he owed them for a quit-claim of their land in La Hegge by Hungerford. In the presence of John Monserel constable of Dyvysis and Nicholas Payn mayor of the same, John Crey, John Bonclerk, Walter de Lillingston. Given at Dyvysis. ⟨6 Aug. 1310.⟩
