William Toki grants to Adam son of Thomas de Cudelintone, for his service, a messuage in Sipton, between the messuage of St. John parvi pontis (Oxford) and the messuage of Alice late the daughter of Richard Thoki, with 6 acres of arable land in S., and ½ acre of meadow in Pilwarde, which Henry le Sire once held. Rent: a silver farthing. Witnesses: J. son of Thomas of Cudelintone, Walter of Crokefford, Henry de Camera, Fulk of Throp, William Fuke of Siptone. ⟨c. 1260–1270.⟩
